We provide both options. Schedule a discovery call with us so we can get to know you and your organization’s unique needs. From there, we can determine if an in-person or virtual strategic planning meetings are best for your team.
In an onsite strategic planning approach, we will come to your team and facilitate a 1- or 2-day session to build your plan. If delivered virtually, we will lead your strategy meetings in several 1- to 2-hour virtual calls. With either option however, we’ll help you build a plan from bold vision to OKRs and actions. Your expert facilitator will conduct your planning pre-work and facilitation approach prior to your sessions.
