Center Grove Community School Corporation, a school district in Greenwood, Indiana, serving over 7,500 students, engaged with OnStrategy to refine their strategic plan and be set up to use OnStrategy as a tool for successful plan execution and stakeholder transparency.
Service: Plan Refinement and Implementation using OnStrategy
The Solution: OnStrategy conducted a series of trainings with Directors and Principals around SMART goal development, plan refinement and strategy implementation. The initial training focused on developing measures, targets and clear accountability to the strategic goals.
Following the plan refinement, OnStrategy conducted two separate facilitated sessions with Directors and Principals to train them on using OnStrategy for implementation and strategic plan management. They are also using our interactive tool, The Dash, to clearly communicate their strategy and progress to stakeholders.
As far as I am concerned you guys were lifesavers! You quickly jumped in to help, gave us the structure, tools and process we needed and, as a result, the team has a good view of what is in front of them and able to recognize potential issues before they happen.
