Maryland Food Bank
Facilitated the creation of a fully operationalized and integrated strategic plan. Oversaw the adaptation of an organization-wide performance management process and supported MFB in adjusting the structure and language of their plan to meet the distinct needs of the organization. In 2019 the MFB distributed over 37 million meals to Marylanders. Read about it here.
