About
I help nonprofit and corporate leaders develop and execute clear strategic direction via Strategy, Project Management and Process Improvement consulting.
As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, a Kaplan-Norton Balanced Scorecard Certified Graduate (Strategy Management) and a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, I have a track record of strategizing and executing aggressive, complex, enterprise-wide programs bringing accountability, best practices, and substantial revenues to diverse business operations in both the public and private sector.
Clients have included public sector, private sector, and nonprofit community-based organizations across various industries including education, public health, IT, semiconductors, and hospitality. A sampling of client organizations include:
