About Jennifer

Jennifer has over 30 years of experience in developing strategies and working with organizations to facilitate successful transformation and ensure employee engagement and retention in highly regulated industries. During her tenure as President & CEO of the Reno-Sparks Convention & Visitors Authority, Jennifer partnered with the board and diverse stakeholders to provide oversight for the 5-year strategic plan, a $54M budget, and operations of four facilities.

Jennifer currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Reno-Tahoe International Airport Authority where she assists executive management and airlines on strategic planning for sales and marketing and supporting large-scale initiatives such as an ongoing $1B+ capital improvement program.
