Washoe County Department of Social Services engaged OnStrategy to support and facilitate a dramatic organizational change – one which would shift the organization and its culture to be better aligned for meeting the county’s dynamic economic environment. Strategic objectives included co-creation of strategic plans, business updates, budget and resource allocation, organizational restructuring, and the adoption of a sustainable strategic management process.
OnStrategy helped Washoe County evolve the organization’s existing strategic plans to improve clarity, focus and alignment. This allowed county officials to identify and invest energy toward strategic activities, which would have the greatest impact in achieving the organization’s strategic objectives.
