Security

OnStrategy has implemented processes designed to protect user information and maintain security. Each registered user is assigned a unique user name and password which is required to access their user information. It is the user’s responsibility to protect the security of their login information.

The process of sending and receiving user information is secured by a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) high-assurance certificate with 256-bit encryption. This technology helps ensure that e-commerce transactions and other sensitive plan information is protected the same as online banks.

We take all reasonable precautions to keep your information safe and secure. Our state-of-the-art redundant server cluster is hosted and professionally managed by LiquidWeb, a recognized leader in high-end hosting. You can take a virtual tour of their data center to learn about physical security, power backup, and network routing equipment.

Offsite Backup Servers

In addition to backing up the data, we have an offsite backup in a different secure location. The backups are performed every 30 minutes, incrementally, with only new/updated files backed up. The backups are performed over a secure dedicated network and are stored in a separate network center than the one the servers are in. Additionally, we run an extra backup utility to ensure data integrity of database files during backups.
