Employee Insight: Using a structured, survey-based process OnStrategy made it easy to identify and incorporate insight from staff in developing the organization’s strategic plan.

Facilitation: By facilitating a board retreat once every three years, OnStrategy is helping the Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors (RSAR) stay focused and aligned on a strategic trajectory.

Software Reinforcement: Members use the OnStrategy Platform to continuously adapt and evolve the organization’s strategic plan, manage performance and communicate progress to the board.

Training: End-user training by OnStrategy helps RSAR staff adopt and benefit from using the OnStrategy platform for driving focus, collaboration and productivity.

Our Results

Alignment: The Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors is non-profit organization of professional realtors, governed by a volunteer, working board. The strategic planning process helps everyone agree on where the organization is going.
