Job Description:
Work with the entire OnStrategy team to coordinate all client service activities with a focus on delivering the ultimate client experience. This individual spends most of their time in support of client engagement and project management activities, including management against the Scope of Work, hands-on plan development and implementation, and customer service support. Primary responsibilities include project managing the accounts, hands-on production of the work required and support an effective implementation process. Some of the work is client facing while other work is virtual consulting. Attention to detail is fundamental.

Role and Responsibilities:
Client Engagement Project Management and Support

  • Managing the project plan for the client based on the scope of work
  • Following through with detailed logistics, tasks, communications and deliverables
  • Supporting a senior consultant for virtual and on-site sessions (travel is required for some clients)
  • Preparing deliverables such as research reports, presentations, strategic plans, communication reports
  • Provide on-site and remote client training and technical support
  • Capture and develop technical enhancements based on customer feedback and promote product development to enhance the customer experience
  • Reviewing client assessments and synthesizing the results as needed
  • Maintain regular communication with current and potential clients

  • Vigorous attention to detail to ensure client data is entered correctly into the software platform
  • Professional communication skills in interacting with clients on the phone, in person and via email
  • Intuitive listening skills in order to meet needs of the client
  • Decision making skills organize data and execute in structured manner
  • Ability to synthesize, organize and prioritize in order to put a plan together
  • Anticipatory attention to detail to proactively manage clients
  • Professional presentation skills with competency in using technology tools

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • College Degree or demonstrable experience in project management or strategic planning
