Natasha is working with the Washoe County Sheriff’s office to assist in leading the strategy team through the planning process, working cross-functionally with the Bureaus of the Sheriff’s Office to inform strategic priorities. Helped them to develop initiatives, milestones, and KPIs.
Natasha worked with the Carson City Parks and Recreation Department to co-facilitate a strategic board development process to help create communication and alignment among the two leadership boards and find joint focus areas.
Natasha has over 15 years of strategy, program development, and communications experience with businesses, non-profits, governments, and academia. She has established high-level international and local programs, engaging government and community relations, stewardship, and identity. Her background includes geospatial analysis research, policy work, and organizational management.
